there’s no wrong way to experience reiki. everyone’s experience is unique. here’s what you can expect:

    • some even fall asleep, which is very okay to do!

  • some folks report warmth and tingling throughout their bodies.

  • other folks feel safe enough to drop into themselves and may experience an emotional release, which makes room for relief.
