my philosophy
my practice offers a sanctuary where body, mind, and spirit remember their natural balance.
i see Reiki as a quiet current: a companion practice that moves softly beneath the surface of our lives. many, including myself, find it to be deeply supportive. it’s a way for the body to exhale.
My intention is modest and honest:
if you leave more relaxed than when you arrived, the work is already complete.
Anything beyond that, such as an emotional release, clarity, inner peace, is an added gift.
as a reflector in human design, my perception works like a tuning fork. my practice goes beyond simply observing your experience: i feel it in my own system (you can learn more about human design here).
your experiences will ripple through me in a way that i’m able to translate, reflect, and hold with intention. acutely assessing what your body, mind and spirit are trying to say allow me to give you what you need most.
I carry both the rigor of clinical care and the intuition of energy work, weaving them into a practice that sees the whole person.
