my approach to care

my goal is to provide a safe space where body, mind, and spirit feel safe enough to slow down to experience true relaxation.

i’ve worked as a nurse for over 10 years. my experience ranges from outpatient oncology, pediatric critical care, to chronic illness populations. i now work remotely as a nurse informaticist, where i use my clinical background to analyze data to make decisions about how healthcare programs should function.

while i love what i do, i missed the parts of patient care that fostered genuine connection and care. developing my reiki practice and serving the public in this capacity helped bridge that connection for me.

My intention with my practice is modest and honest:

if you leave more relaxed than when you arrived, the work is already complete.

Anything beyond that, such as an emotional release, clarity, inner peace, is an added gift.
