2. Nature of Services

Lumina provides energy-based and reflective wellness services designed to support relaxation, clarity, and self-awareness. These services are complementary in nature and are not a replacement for medical, psychological, or other professional care.

We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any physical or mental health condition. Clients are encouraged to consult with a licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical or psychological concerns.

3. Informed Consent

By engaging in any Lumina session or service, you consent to receive energy and/or spiritual wellness support. You understand that experiences and results vary by individual, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

4. Booking, Payment, and Refunds

Payment Terms: Payment is due after the completion of each service unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable once made.

Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be considered completed and billed in full.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate, up-to-date information during intake or booking.

Take personal responsibility for their own wellbeing before, during, and after sessions.

Seek appropriate professional care when needed.

6. Confidentiality and Data Collection
